General musculoskeletal manipulation and structural alignment is the most widely-used and well-known form of chiropractic care. This method involves the restoration and maintenance of health by the adjustment of the spinal column and extremities. At the Dronyk Health Clinic, we offer both direct manipulation as well as the Activator method. We also use a type of table known as a “Drop Table,” which uses gravity and leverage to assist with the manipulation, lessening the force needed to apply the necessary adjustment.
